This is absolutely unacceptable where a couple are carrying out this act in public, but in particular next to a children’s park! This footage is taken by a taxi driver who noticed something strange in a park. So he decided to start recording with his mobile phone of a couple hiding under a blanket. As he approached it was evident that they were up to no good in broad daylight. The taxi driver interrupted them and lifted the blanket to find them acting inappropriately. He then swore at them and told them to stop what they are doing and get out of there.
