Armed gunmen stormed into Bacha Khan University in Charsadda, early morning where two blasts were heard amid heavy firing, Express News reported. “Armed men stormed into the university premises early this morning,” Sardheri police officials told The Express Tribune, adding that two explosions were heard inside the building. Officials added that two guards were injured at the gate. Meanwhile, extensive firing continues in the area and heavy contingents of elite force have been deployed. It has been reported that 30 people have been killed and many injured. A group called Tehreek-i-Taliban have taken responsibility for this cowardice act.
